The Ministry and Personnel Committee (M&P) oversees the working conditions and working relationships between and among all employees of the church.  If any of the employees have issues, concerns or requests, they are presented to the M&P Committee and addressed.  Similarly, if any members of the congregation have concerns about their relationships with employees that need to be addressed, they are also considered by the M&P Committee and resolutions are found.

New Maryland United Church is blessed with employees who are committed to their work and we are very thankful for their work.
