Christmas 2015
Our little Evey tells us she likes to celebrate and there is no better place to be for celebrations than New Maryland United. Christmas is made special with these beautiful children helping us set the stage for that wonderful Christmas story.
Below is a picture of the Mitten tree soon after it was put in place. New Maryland United collected many bags of knitted goods which Rev. Burke delivered to "Yarns on York"; from here they will be given out to the refugee families as they arrive. Also receiving items from our Mitten Tree were the Community Kitchen, the Food Bank, and Transition House - and some more will head to Christ Church in January for our Outreach friends! Many thanks to all of you who, through your kind-hearted efforts, made Christmas a little warmer for so many! |
